You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If you're not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within the specified return period and receive a full refund.

Any Gold Jewellery with Moissanites, Custom Orders or Made on Order: Please note that custom orders, made on order (Tennis Bracelets, Necklace, Tennis Chains and other expensive silver Jewellery) and Gold Jewellery with moissanites are made on order are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- It must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
- You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Steps for Return/Exchange:
- To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@caratbazaar.in or 7011541514.
- If your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you the detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Customer should bear the shipping cost to return to our address. Please remember that we cannot accept items returned to us without prior approval.
- Once we received the packet, a quality check will be done by our team. After passing the quality check only your amount will be refunded.
- Amount will be refunded on original payment method (that you used at time of placing order). If you have use COD option, then UPI or bank transfer will be done within 7 days.
- In case of exchange, within 3 days your new product will be dispatched.

Good product for the price. The big earring is a lab diamond and the smaller one is from AliExpress from this link. Fits nicely in the ear, don't know yet what the quality is like in contact with water and in the long-term test. But worth it.

Excellent studs. It suits me very well that the stem is short, as with a long stem the earrings would always look down due to the twisting clasp mechanism. The ball at the end is also a big plus, it will be comfortable to sleep with. I don't like taking off earrings at night! Delivered in 9 days!
