You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If you're not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within the specified return period and receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

1. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
2. It should be unworn or unused.
3. It must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
4. You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom Orders , Made on Order and Gold Jewellery: Please note that custom orders , Made on Order (Tennis Bracelets , Necklace , Tennis Chains and other expensive silver Jewellery )and Gold Jewellery are made on order are not eligible for return or exchange.

Steps for Return/Exchange:

• To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@caratbazaar.in or 7011541514.


• If your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you the detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.


• Customer should bear the shipping cost to return to our address. Please remember that we cannot accept items returned to us without prior approval.


• Once we received the packet, a quality checked will be done by our team. After passing the quality check only your amount will be refunded.


• Amount will be refunded on original payment method (that you used at time of placing order), If you have use COD option, then UPI or bank transfer will be done within 3 days.


• In case of exchange, within 3 days your new product will be dispatched.
