For custom jewellery, special sizes, or made-to-order pieces, it may take 2 to 3 extra business days

Secure Packaging

If the outer package looks opened, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.

The video should start before opening the package and clearly show the sealed parcel, shipping label, opening process, jewellery box, product, certificate, and all items received.

This video is required for any claim related to missing product, damaged product, wrong product, or empty parcel.

Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to approve such claims.

Cancellation

You can request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once your order is processed, made, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Delivery Delay

We always try to deliver your order on time. However, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, festivals, remote locations, or situations beyond our control.

At Caratbazaar, we want you to shop with confidence. Eligible lab grown diamond jewellery purchased directly from our website only (Not from shop) can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition

The jewellery must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In the same condition as delivered

• Free from scratches, damage, resizing, repair, or tampering

• Returned with the original box, packaging, invoice, certificates, tags, and all documents

If anything is missing or the product does not pass our quality check, the return or exchange may be rejected.

Not Eligible

Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes customized diamond sizes, customized jewellery designs, special sizes, personalized orders, or jewellery made as per customer request, personalized Engraving on jewellery .

After 3 Days or some customized Rings sizes or customzied jewellery , only Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy will apply.

Once approved, our team will share the return address and instructions. Please do not send the product back without approval.

Return Shipping & Refund

The customer is responsible for safely sending the product back through a trusted, trackable courier.

After we receive the product, our team will complete a quality check. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the product passes the quality check.

For returns, a ₹799 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For approved returns, the refund will be processed to the original payment method after deducting the ₹799 processing fee within 7 Business Days.

Caratbazaar reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
